I broke my cup - can I get my money back?

If you broke the lid, you can return the cup within 7 days (unless set differently by the store. You can check how many days you have left by scanning the QR code on the cup), and we won’t charge the fee. However, if the cup itself is broken, the fee will still apply.

We apologise for this! Please contact us at https://www.tapandreuse.co.uk. On the top right, click on “Support” and send us a message. Please specify the code on the transaction on your banking app. If there is no code, please provide us with the day and time of the transaction, as well as the last 4 digits of your card. If you used Apple Pay or Google Pay, we need the last 4 digits of your digital card, which you can find in your phone's settings.
