Please specify the code on the transaction on your banking app. If there is no code, please provide us with the day and time of the transaction, as well as the last 4 digits of your card. If you used Apple Pay or Google Pay, we need the last 4 digits of your digital card, which you can find in your phone's settings.

Yes, the cups are microwave safe. However, avoid overheating and ensure the lid is removed before microwaving.
If you’ve lost the lid, you can still return the cup without it. The fee will not be charged as long as the cup is returned within 7 days.
If you lose the cup, the full fee will be charged after 7 days.
