Terms and Conditions for kleen hub's Tap & Reuse Service

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the kleen hub tap & reuse service (the "Service") operated by kleen hub ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.


2. Registration

To use our Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for any activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.


3. Fees and Payments

By using our Service, you agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for any unreturned reusable packaging. If your payment method is declined or fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

4. Use of Reusable Packaging
You agree to use the reusable packaging provided through our Service for its intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions provided by us or our partner locations. You are responsible for returning the reusable packaging to a participating location within the specified time frame. Failure to return the reusable packaging may result in additional fees or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to the Service are the property of kleen hub and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall kleen hub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
